CLEARANCE LEVEL: -ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE; WILLINGNESS TO TAKE POLYGRAPH EXAM
-DOD 8570 CERTIFICATION, INCLUDING SECURITY+, CASP, CISSP, OR CISM REQUIRED
-1+ years of experience with server administration and basic server troubleshooting in Windows Server 2008, 2012R2, or newer server environments
-Experience with supporting IT infrastructure operations centers
-Experience with using enterprise monitoring tools to monitor and troubleshoot incidents
-Knowledge of infrastructure technologies and troubleshooting techniques
-Ability to support a 24x7x365 operations center, including supporting swing shifts from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am and weekend shifts from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
